Because we specialize in events, we do not have a storefront. We are by appointment only. However, don't worry if you're not having an event you may still order our delicious treats via our online store. 

We offer local delivery to the immediate Foothills/Yuma area for a small fee. Pick-up is also available within the times of 10 am to 6pm. To find out our pick-up location please click chat with us on any page on our site.

Severe allergy warning: There’s possible cross contamination for gluten, dairy, and nut allergies. We do not recommend our products for anyone with severe allergies.

Not at this time. We look forward to adding vegan and sugar free friendly products to our menu. However, we do offer gluten free macaron ice cream sandwiches as a menu choice for our full service interactive dessert bar.

While not all our products contain nuts, all of our products are made in an environment containing nuts. While we do our best to ensure there is no cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products won’t cause a food allergy. We recommend all patrons discuss any allergies prior with our staff and make their own judgments. Please note, we cannot take any responsibility or liability for any food allergies caused by consuming our products.
 

Since all of our desserts are baked-to-order, they are best the day you receive them.

Buttercream frosted cookie sandwiches will keep 2-3 days, airtight in the fridge, served at room temperature.

Brownies, blondies, brookies, and cookies will keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days at room temperature. To freeze please cover in plastic wrap and place in freezer-safe container. These particular treats will last up to 3 months. When ready to serve, place in refrigerator to thaw. and enjoy at room temperature.

 We appreciate you considering us as a possible vendor for your event!  The best way to book our catering service is to visit any page on our site and select chat with us. Our catering specialist will then help you go over the details of your event, pricing, and availability.

REMINDER. Details such as quantity, time, address, menu selection, are not final and may be adjusted up to 10 days before your event. Janay's Brownie Bar requires a $600 minimum to book a full service event for large events and $300 minimum for small events.

Deposits. 50% deposit is required to secure your date and catering station. Deposit is not refundable if cancelled 6 days before your event. Full Payment due two weeks prior to your event date.

Payment. Payment for services may be made with cash, credit, and Zelle. Deposits are required for all definite bookings. Final payment is due no later than two week prior to the start of the event.

Janay's Brownie Bar reserves the right to cancel any events with an unpaid balance.

Cancellation. This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. An event and/or order may be cancelled with no charges up to seven (7) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the contract.

** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Janay's Brownie Bar. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Janay's Brownie Bar reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancellation or refund of any amount or for any reason.
